About Parent University:

Parent University is Arrows’ quarterly gathering where we equip parents for their God-given task of forming the hearts, habits, and hopes of their children—a model consistent with research showing that parent-school partnership is one of the strongest predictors of student flourishing (School, Family, and Community Partnerships, Johns Hopkins Univ. Press, 2018).

These evenings bring parents together over food and fellowship, followed by practical teaching on themes such as family culture and values, establishing healthy rhythms of life, parenting in an age of distraction, navigating AI, how to your kids about sensitive subjects, and more.

After the teaching, parents gather with other parents who have kids around the same age and share wisdom, encouragement, and prayer.

Parents leave encouraged, connected with like-minded families, and strengthened by a community walking the same road.

Prospective families (who become Arrows families) consistently find that Parent University expresses one of Arrows’ greatest distinctives: parents and school partnering intentionally for the long-term discipleship of their children. 🎯
