The ARROWS Team

  • What do you love about an Arrows education?

At Arrows, I love that we have the incredible opportunity to be creative and flexible in our approach to education. Each of our staff members fulfills our educational mission because they each have a strong identity in Christ, a personal love for learning, and creativity empowered by God.

They are a team that loves to think outside the box to meet students in their personal needs while also challenging them to continuously grow in all areas of life.

The whole student is kept in mind  - it's not just about academics and grades but about how each student will develop spiritually, mentally, socially, and physically.

Having a mission-minded staff like this means that an Arrows education will produce purpose-driven people who eventually will become leaders in our community, amazing husbands and wives, and intentional fathers and mothers. That's what I love about an Arrows education.

For families, teachers partner deeply with parents, and the school also provides Parent University nights where we have dinner together, hear a parenting message, and have small group discussions based on the age of your kids.

What I love about an Arrows Christian Academy education is that it strives to foster an environment where students can explore academic subjects through a biblical lens.  This approach helps develop a comprehensive understanding of the world that God has created and their role in it. Teachers also work with students to develop character attributes they will use in their lives. This emphasis on Biblical character development helps make children well-rounded and successful.

What I like to do for fun outside of Arrows is to spend time with my family. God has given me so many blessings, but the best blessing of all is my family.  I cherish each sporting event, game we play, movie we watch, conversation we have, craft we make, the cooking or baking together, laughter, smiles, tears, long talks, and so much more.  I do not take for granted each moment God has given me with this wild, crazy, sweet wonderful family. • What do you love about an Arrows education?

I am truly grateful to be part of the Arrows community. One of the things I value most is the peace I experience here—a peace that comes from the presence of the Holy Spirit. Having worked in other school settings, I can confidently say that Arrows offers something uniquely special.

The supportive and collaborative work environment is another reason I love being here. Our staff genuinely cares for one another, and we work together as a team to meet the needs of our students. Just as important, I am able to integrate my faith into everything I do. It is a privilege to share the love of Jesus openly, to encourage students in their walk with Him, and to serve as a light and example for God’s kingdom.

The mission of Arrows also resonates deeply with me. Helping students discover that they were created with purpose and are deeply loved by their Creator is a responsibility I hold with great joy. I also treasure the relationships built with the families who are part of this school—they are a blessing to partner with in Christian education.

Outside of Arrows, what do you like to do for fun?

Outside of school, I enjoy walking my dog, exercising, dancing, singing, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I am also an avid sports fan and enjoy attending hockey, baseball, and football games. As a Pennsylvania native, I proudly cheer for our local teams (with the exception of the Philadelphia Flyers!). While I am very much a homebody, I also enjoy exploring new places when the opportunity arises.
