Joy in the City Youth Theatre Summer Camps
The Joy in the City Youth Theatre Program is excited to offer two immersive, Christ-centered theatre camps where students grow in creativity, confidence, and collaboration while using their gifts to serve others.
Each two-week camp leads to a full musical production, with students working together both on stage and behind the scenes to bring the show to life.
Two Tracks Available
Musical Theatre Track (Grades 3–8)
Students develop skills in singing, acting, and dancing while rehearsing and performing in the musical.
Technical Theatre Track (Grades 6–10)
Students learn the behind-the-scenes elements of theatre, including lighting, sound, set design, props, costumes, stage management, and more, while helping run the production.
Both tracks collaborate to produce the final performances.
